Do you send samples?
Yes, we send samples of all the curtain and fabric ranges. On each product page is a link to request one. Click this and follow the instructions.

How long are delivery times?
They vary depending on the individual product. Details on delivery times for each product can be found on each product page.

Can I pay over the telephone?
For security reasons we do not take credit card information over the phone, if you order online your details are held securely by worldpay, alternatively you can pay by cheque.

Do I need to be home to accept deliveries?
All our deliveries need to be signed for. They are sent via FedEx. If you are happy for it to be left with a neighbour, then type this in the delivery instructions. Alternatively why not get them sent to your work address.
