Do you send samples?
We send samples of all the curtain and fabric ranges. On each product page is a link to request one. Click this and follow the instructions

How long are delivery times?
they vary depending on the goods and can be found on each product page

Can I pay over the telephone?
for security reasons we do not take credit card information over the phone, if you order online your details are held securely by worldpay, alternatively you can pay by cheque

Do I need to be home to accept deliveries?
all our deliveries need to be sighed for. They are sent via FedEx. If you are happy for it to be left with a neighbour, then type this in the delivery instructions. Alternatively why not get them sent to your work address.
